This guide explains how to start using our companion iOS or Android app on your mobile phone.
- Create a free Channelup account and verify your email address.
- Connect your ecommerce store and install the product import app for your platform to automatically set up your product data.
- Download mobile app from either:
- Sign into your Channelup account on your mobile app.
- You can now perform inventory scanning for stocktake or counts.
- To use scanning option your products need to have a barcode populated.
- After saving a scan session the data is captured in Channelup and will not update your products automatically. You can process this data to your products by going to web app admin panel and to inventory scans menu option.
- To set up order and purchase order picking you will need to upgrade to a paid plan. If you would like to trial this feature please get in touch and we can unlock it for a limited time.
